The “Jewish Calendar” cycles! The 10th of the first month is Saturday, March 28th, 2026! Get the animal on Friday, March 27th. Hold the animal outside your house. Bring the animal inside your house right as the sun is setting. The problem here is that the 10th of the month on the “Jewish Calendar” is the Sabbath. We are forbidden from leaving our place on the Sabbath - Ex 16:29. How can we get the animal on the 10th if the 10th is the Sabbath? I get the animal the day prior and then bring the animal on my property right as the sun is setting. That is the best that I can do to observe both laws simultaneously. You will slaughter the animal in the afternoon on April 1st, 2026.

Listed below are the steps I take to observe Passover. I have extracted these steps from the Torah scroll. I have provided the bible verse next to each step. I have provided my commentary underneath each step to help you accomplish each step. Download the PDF and use a pen or pencil to cross off each step as you make your way through Passover.

1 - No uncircumcised male may eat. The stranger and his circumcised males may eat – Ex 12:48

The males MUST be circumcised to observe Passover. If they are not a native Isralian, they may observe Passover. They MUST be circumcised and following the laws commanded by Moses.

2 - A purchased circumcised servant may eat – Ex 12:44

If you have a purchased servant, the males MUST be circumcised to observe Passover.

3 - A sojourner or a hired laborer may not eat – Ex 12:45

I interpret this verse to mean that Passover IS NOT A PARTY. You do not take anyone into your house to “get a feel” if Passover is “right” for them. I interpret this verse to mean the “sojourner or the hired laborer” is someone who is passing through town. They may not be circumcised or care to follow the laws commanded by Moses.

4 - A small household may allow neighbor to join with his people – Ex 12:4

I interpret this verse to mean that it is acceptable for a fellow circumcised Torah scroll observing individual to join with you on observing Passover.

5 - On the 10th of the first month take an unblemished male lamb or goat within its first year – Ex 12:3 Ex 12:5

You can choose between a lamb or a goat. The animal must be male, under a year old, and be free from defects. Keep the receipt of purchase to show to your county livestock officer. You MUST get the animal on the 10th of the month! If the Sabbath is on the 10th of the month, get the animal on the 9th and then wait outside your house. Bring the animal inside your house right before the sun sets. We are FORBIDDEN to leave our place on the Sabbath – Ex 16:29. How can we get the Passover animal if we can’t leave our place? This is how I resolve a particular STALEMATE while trying to observe two laws simultaneously.

IMPORTANT –> NOW CALL YOUR COUNTY LIVESTOCK OFFICER TO HAVE THEM CLEAR THE ANIMAL FOR SLAUGHTER!

Arizona Revised Statutes § 3-2011 (2024) - Slaughter of animals by producer or owner for own use; inspection of hides; violation; classification :: 2024 Arizona Revised Statutes :: U.S. Codes and Statutes :: U.S. Law :: Justia

6 - Examine the animal until the 14th day of the month – Ex 12:6

The Torah scroll does not say how many times we are supposed to examine the animal. You must examine the animal the day you purchase it. Examine the animal every day. Even examine the animal on the day you slaughter it. If you find a visual defect on the animal, do your best to acquire another animal. I have yet to have an animal fail examination.

7 - Remove all leaven bread from the house on the 13th day – Ex 12:15

Get all leaven bread-related food out of your house, refrigerator, cupboards, pantry, etc. Bread, bagels, pizza, cookies, pastries. Check online for a full inventory of items that must be removed. You will do this on Tuesday, March 31st. Put it all in the garbage outside your house.

8 - Slaughter the animal in the afternoon – Ex 12:6

Slaughter the animal at 12:00 p.m. – High Noon. You CANNOT break any bones in the animal. You cannot terminate its life functions by breaking its neck. Do not use a “captive bolt pistol” because that will break its “skull bone”. The quick, humane method to slaughter the animal would be to quickly sever its jugular vein. You need to acquire its blood to place across the lintel and down the sides of the doorposts. Use rope to tie its front legs together at the ankles. Use another rope to tie its back legs together at the ankles. Tie its front legs and back legs together. Tie the animal to the top of the rotisserie grill. Remove the grate underneath its head. Place the plastic bin from item #5 inside the rotisserie grill, underneath the head of the animal. Sever the jugular vein. The vein is located underneath his ear, on the left side of his neck. Hold his head down and ensure the blood is going into the plastic container. Fill the plastic container halfway up and then swap out the container with the second plastic container. The blood will coagulate FAST! You CANNOT let the blood sit around for even a minute! It will begin to coagulate into a blob of jelly! This has happened to me.

9 - Take its blood and place it on the two door posts and across the lentil of the house it will be eaten – Ex 12:7

Have your hyssop bundle ready. I usually buy 2 or 3 separate hyssop plants and then zip tie them together. Take the bundle of hyssop, dip it in the blood, and apply the blood on the two door posts and across the lentil. You will see how quickly the blood will be drying inside the container. I’m telling you now, be quick about it! Perform this step right after you swap out the second plastic container. Be quick about it!

10 - Use a bundle of hyssop to spread the blood on the two door posts and across the lentil – Ex 12:22

You MUST use Hyssop. I purchase Hyssop from Etsy.com. You are not going to find Hyssop at your local florist store. Plant nurseries inventory Hyssop in Spring. I found this out the hard way. I spent more money having Hyssop RED LABELED to me from the east coast than I spent on the goat the first time I observed Passover. No one had Hyssop in Arizona.

11 - Eat the flesh on that NIGHT - roasted over fire with bitter herbs and matzos – Ex 12:8 Ex 12:18

Use wood inside the rotisserie grill to cook the animal. I don’t use charcoal. Charcoal takes longer to cook the animal. Have the lighter fluid handy. I have to spray down the wood to keep the fire going. Eat the animal after the sun has set. Eat the animal with romaine lettuce, matzos, and horseradish sauce.

12 - Do not eat it partially roasted or cooked in water; only roasted over fire, its head, legs, and innards – Ex 12:9

Do not cut the animal open. Use the chains to attach the animal to the rotisserie spike. Tie him super tight to the spike. The weight from his mid-section will flop as the motor rotates him around. Ensure his backbone is completely up against the spike. Any gap/distance will result in the animal flopping down as the spike rotates him around. Do not cook the animal in water. You must cook the animal completely. A small goat or lamb usually takes about 4 hours to cook. I eat its thigh meat. It shouldn’t take 4 hours to grill a small piece of chicken. That is about what is happening here. I wait till noon to slaughter the animal. It will then take me about 2 hours to tie the animal up and then begin roasting him. Do your FULL RESEARCH to insure you have cooked him thoroughly.

13 - In one house - eat it! Do not take the meat outside or break a bone in it – Ex 12:46

Eat the animal inside your house. Do not break a bone in it and do not take the meat outside. I carefully cut the meat off the thighs. I put the meat on a separate plate. I am VERY CAREFUL handling the animal as to not break any bones in it. Do not be "grossed out" on eating any of the skin or hair. You can discard the skin with any burnt hair that might be attached to the skin.

14 - Eat it in HASTE with a belt around your waist, sandals on your feet, and your staff in your hand – Ex 12:11

This is important! Ensure that you have a belt around your waist, sandals on your feet, and your staff in your hand. Try this: Velcro the staff to your hand so that you don’t accidentally set the staff down when you grab a drink of water! Eat the meal in HASTE! Do not sit around talking and joking! THIS IS PESACH! You MUST eat the meal quickly. Take small bites! Don’t choke! Have water available to wash it down. The instructions for Passover never said to have soda or wine as part of the meal. You have 364 other days to have those items as part of your meal. Consume ONLY the Passover animal, bitter herbs, and matzos.

15 - Do not leave any meat until morning. Whatever remains not eaten, burn in fire – Ex 12:10

I have a fireplace. I burn the carcass in the fireplace after I am done eating the meal. Burn whatever meat is leftover in a small grill if you do not have a fireplace.

16 - Do not leave the entrance of the house until morning – Ex 12:22

I place a dining room chair in front of the front door, so I do not accidentally go outside. Stay inside your house until morning.

17 - Make on 2nd month, 14th day; if contaminated by a human corpse – Num 9:10-11

Perform the Passover meal on this day in case you have touched a human corpse.

18 – Observe Festival – Ex 12:3 Ex 12:14 Ex 12:24 Lev 23:5 Num 9:2 Num 28:16

Here are the verses that instruct you to observe this festival……WE MUST DO IT.

Steps for Passover (pdf)Download

THE CENTER OF THE BANNER

The laws for Passover are in the 67th puzzle piece. The 67th puzzle piece is in the 4th level, 10th column. There are 3 levels before and 3 levels after the 4th level. There are 9 columns before and 9 columns after the 10th column. Therefore, the 67th puzzle piece is located at the CENTER of the banner. I believe the laws for observing Passover were put at the center of the banner on purpose.

Imagine you are shooting an arrow at a target. Your goal is to hit the center of the target. The same concept can be applied to the Torah Puzzle Banner. You are standing in front of the banner. What is located at the center of the banner? The laws for observing Passover! Aim for the center! Shoot the Bullseye…. don’t MISS THE MARK!

The Hebrew word for SIN is Chet. Chet means “To miss the mark”. Imagine an obstacle course. There are 18 bullseye targets on the course. You MUST hit the center of each target. Imagine the 18 individual steps of Passover as a chance to shoot an arrow at each target. If you accomplish the step, you will have “Hit the mark”. If you fail to accomplish the step, you will have “Missed the mark”. You have “sinned”. I have done my best to provide you with the information necessary for you to successfully navigate through Passover.

The D.O.L.A.C.S. 130M calculates 76,923 points that will be accumulated if Passover is not completely observed. This massive point count comes from a host of chain reactors and compound multipliers that become active when ALL STEPS for Passover “Missed the Mark”. Please follow all the laws of God so that God will set up the Tabernacle and get THE PLEASING AROMA. God promises to be God unto us! You can do it. You’re in control. You have the power! Conjure the Creator! Summon the Master!

!!! PASSOVER IS NOT AN OFFERING OR A SACRIFICE !!!

Here is a list of the differences between the Burnt Offering and Passover

1 - An “Unintentional Sin” burnt offering asks for a FEMALE goat or lamb.

Passover asks for a MALE goat or lamb.

2 - The burnt offering animal must be brought to the Tabernacle and be slaughtered at the Tabernacle.

There is no law stating the Passover animal must be brought to the Tabernacle and or be slaughtered at the Tabernacle. Blood coagulates within minutes. You won't have time to rush home to put the blood across the lentil and down the sides of the doorposts. The blood would have turned into a blob of jelly.

3 - The blood from the burnt offering animal goes on the horns and base of the burnt altar at the Tabernacle.

The blood from the Passover animal goes across the lentil and on the 2 front doorposts of the house the animal is to be eaten.

4 - The burnt offering animal is dismembered and then the individual parts are placed on the altar.

Do not dismember the Passover animal – roast it over fire with its head, legs, and innards intact.

5 - A meal offering and a cup of wine are added onto the burnt offering as it is burning.

Nowhere are you instructed to add a meal offering and a cup of wine onto the Passover animal as it is cooking.

6 - The purpose of a burnt offering is to give God a “Pleasing Aroma” to atone for the law that was unintentionally broken. Lev 4:27-31

The purpose of Passover is to eat a meal as a remembrance of leaving Egypt. Ex 12:14

7 - You must celebrate Passover at your house. You must get the animal on the 10th of the month and then slaughter the animal on the 14th of the month. The 14th is a Sabbath, and you are not to leave your place on the Sabbath. You would have a maximum of three days to walk from your house to the Tabernacle and then back to your house. Nowhere in the rules of Passover does it state you must embark on a journey to the Tabernacle. Are old men and old women supposed to walk 100 miles with a baby lamb to appear before the Tabernacle and then turn around and walk 100 miles back home? That whole exercise sounds excessive. I'm not convinced that God LINKED celebrating Passover to ONLY when the Tabernacle is set up and God's presence is resting amongst us. I don't see the laws within Leviticus 17:3-8 as a technicality that will get people in trouble for observing Passover. We are not a Kohen/Priest. We are not offering the Passover animal up as a burnt offering, a feast offering, or a pleasing aroma…… WE ARE JUST COOKING DINNER!

8 - There is no law in the Torah scroll to salt meat. You must slaughter the Passover animal and then begin cooking it. You don't have time to salt the meat and you are not supposed to dismember the animal. The only way you can salt the meat is if you dismember the animal.

Question 1: Is there a Biblical/Rabbinic law outside the Torah Puzzle Banner Dataset that is keeping you from observing Passover? If there is, IGNORE IT! When God writes a book, it is a jigsaw puzzle. Focus on the laws within the Banner Dataset.

Question 2: What trouble are you going to get into with God if you ate a male lamb/bitter herbs/matza on the 14th of the first month, in haste, with a staff in your hand, sandals on your feet, and a belt around your waist? It's just dinner! People cook lambs for dinner ALL THE TIME! David Valentin has been celebrating Passover since 2022. David Valentin was given the Torah Puzzle and the Torah Puzzle Motherboard. Does it sound like David Valentin is in trouble with God? Imagine the amazing gifts God might give you if you observed Passover properly.

BREAD

The festival of Bread will follow precisely after Passover. You MUST not work on Thursday, April 2nd and Wednesday, April 8th. You will not have leavened food inside your house or on your property. You will eat unleavened food for seven days. You will not eat any type of leavened food during this festival.

Listed below are the steps I take to observe the festival of Bread. I have extracted these steps from the Torah scroll. I have provided the bible verse next to each step. I have provided my commentary underneath each step to help you accomplish each step.

1 - No work on the first day - 15th of the first month – Ex 12:16 Lev 23:7 Num 28:18

Do not work on this day. This is the day after cooking the Passover animal. This is Thursday, April 2nd, 2026. It is not the Sabbath. It is ok to leave your place. Do not work on this day!

2 - No leavened in house for seven days – Ex 12:19

Do not bring any leavened food of any type inside your house.

3 - Do not eat bread, roasted, or plump kernels – Lev 23:14

Do not eat bread, roasted, or plump kernels during the seven days.

4 - Do not eat leavened – Ex 12:20

Do not eat any leavened food of any type.

5 - No leavened among borders – Ex 13:7

Do not bring any leavened food into your property. I visually inspect within the borders of my property to ensure that there is no leavened anywhere on the ground. I inspect once a day to see if someone happened to toss an uneaten bagel, pretzel, a piece of pizza, sub-sandwich etc on my property.

6 - Eat unleavened for a seven-day period – Ex 12:15 Ex 12:18 Ex 12:20 Ex 13:6 Ex 13:7 Ex 23:15 Ex 34:18 Lev 23:6 Num 28:17

Eat unleavened for seven days. The amazon link that I provided for Passover should yield enough Matzos for Passover and the festival of Bread. I suggest being creative. Dip the matzos into hummus. Put pizza sauce on the matzos with mozzarella cheese and heat it up in the microwave to make a mini pizza. Break the matzos in half and use them to make a flatbread sandwich. Break the Matzos up and make ground beef nachos! You can eat chicken, turkey, beef, etc. Just make sure the meat isn’t “breaded”! You don’t have to ONLY eat matzos. Make sure you eat Matzos for seven days. Just be careful when you go outside. You might find yourself somewhere, at a party, a friend’s house, etc. They might not be observing the festival of bread. They might offer you food….and its leaven! Be careful during this time to NOT EAT LEAVENED!

7 - No work on the seventh day – Ex 12:16 Lev 23:8 Num 28:25

Do not work on this day. This is Wednesday, April 8th, 2026. It is not the Sabbath. It is ok to leave your place. Do not work on this day!

8 - Observe Festival – Ex 12:17 Ex 12:17 Ex 13:10 Ex 23:15 Ex 34:18

Here are the verses that instruct you to observe this festival……WE MUST DO IT.

The D.O.L.A.C.S. 130M calculates 33,858 points that will be accumulated if the festival of Bread is not completely observed. Conjure the Creator! Summon the Master!

WEEKS

The festival of Weeks will follow after the festival of Bread. You MUST not work on the 50th day. You will count 49 days – 7 weeks. Download and print the image of the calendar. Count each day – cross the day off with an X or a check mark.

Listed below are the steps I take to observe the festival of Weeks. I have extracted these steps from the Torah scroll. I have provided the bible verse next to each step. I have provided my commentary underneath each step to help you accomplish each step.

1 – From the day AFTER the Sabbath, the day you brought the sheaf offering, count off seven full weeks – Lev 23:15

Start the count on April 12th, 2026. We MUST start the count the day AFTER the Sabbath. Download and print the image of the calendar. Verbally count each day – cross the day off with an X or a check mark. Verbally count each week.

2 – 50th Day – No Work – Lev 23:21 Num 28:26

Do not work on this day. This is Sunday, May 31st, 2026. It is not the Sabbath. It is ok to leave your place. Do not work on this day!

3 – Observe Festival – Ex 23:16 Ex 34:22 Lev 23:21

Here are the verses that instruct you to observe this festival……WE MUST DO IT.

The D.O.L.A.C.S. 130M calculates 3,564 points that will be accumulated if the festival of Weeks is not completely observed. This massive point count comes from a host of chain reactors and compound multipliers that become active when ALL STEPS for the festival of Weeks “Missed the Mark”.
